The bathroom estimate flow may collect contact details, postal code, bathroom type and condition answers, selected repair or review concerns, and optional bathroom photos. The move-out request may collect contact details, postal code, approximate home size, bedroom and bathroom counts, cleaning-day state, condition, selected material exceptions, an optional referral or work code, and up to six optional photos. Street address and city are requested only if you choose to book a bathroom or move-out cleaning appointment.

Your answers and photos are used to review the cleaning request, understand condition and practical scope, check whether the work fits cleaning rather than repair or remediation, and respond with next steps. A referral or work code is kept with a move-out request for reference only and does not apply a price or discount. If you choose a possible job day, the service address and appointment details are used to create and manage that booking.

Website requests are saved to The Bathroom Detailer's customer and job system so the business can review the request, coordinate next steps, and reply using the contact details you provide. You can also contact the business directly at hello@thebathroomdetailer.ca.

Submitted photos are treated as request-specific information. They are used to review your request and are not used as public proof or marketing material unless you separately approve that use. Accepted photos are stored with the request in the business's HighLevel customer system. Authorized business users can access or remove them there. Photo links stored with the request may also be accessible to anyone who has the exact link, so do not submit people, documents, access codes, or other sensitive details.

The site does not collect payment information. The Bathroom Detailer does not sell personal information submitted through the website.

The site may use privacy-conscious analytics, session replay, and heatmap-style interaction data to understand page visits, button clicks, general traffic sources, and where the SmartQuote flow is working or getting stuck. Form inputs are masked in replay, and analytics events are not designed to include your name, email, phone number, street address, postal code, typed notes, booking tokens, photo files, photo filenames, payment information, or the full SmartQuote request.

Request details may be kept as long as needed to answer the request, coordinate the job, and maintain normal business records. No fixed deletion schedule is promised.
